General Information

VIQUITY.PRO is a Counter-Strike 2 gaming community providing dedicated servers and enhanced gaming experiences ("Service").

The Service is provided by VIQUITY.PRO, ("VIQUITY.PRO", "we," "us," or "our").

Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the Service through the website https://viquity.pro/ (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms") which constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and VIQUITY.PRO, governing your use of the Service.

You must be of legal age to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18 years old (or below legal age in your jurisdiction), you need parental or legal guardian permission to enter this Agreement.

We reserve the right to ban (suspend) or delete a User account if we detect or reasonably believe that such User is in breach of these Terms.

Privacy

We care about your privacy. How your personal data is collected, used, and shared when you're using the Service is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

VIQUITY.PRO Account

Registration. To register a VIQUITY.PRO user account ("Account") and use the Service you must:

• have a registered Steam account provided by Valve;
• sign in to VIQUITY.PRO via your Steam account;
• read and accept these Terms of Service and familiarize yourself with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining confidentiality, and restricting access to your Account, as well as for all activities that occur under these credentials.

Suspension and Termination

If we find that you are in material breach of these Terms, we may:

• Refuse to register an Account
• Suspend (block) your Account
• Terminate your Account with immediate effect

We may undertake these actions at our discretion without prior notice and without liability to you.

Deletion. If you wish to terminate your account, please contact our Support team. By deleting your account, this Agreement will be terminated.

Server Rules

While playing on our servers you must comply with the following behavioral rules and refrain from:

• cheating, hacking, or scripting;
• insulting players, being aggressive, or intolerant;
• using abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or racially/ethnically objectionable language;
• bypassing server bans using different Steam accounts;
• using software prohibited by Valve Corporation;
• spamming, advertising, or posting unauthorized links;
• impersonating admins or other members;
• encouraging other players to break rules or attempting to trick them into doing so;

We reserve the right to ban a User if we detect or reasonably believe that such User is in breach of these Rules.

Subscription Services

Use of basic features is free of charge. To access premium features such as reserved slots and additional functionalities, you may subscribe to a paid plan ("Subscription"). Subscription plans, terms, costs, and purchase methods are listed on the Website.

We may change subscription plans and pricing from time to time; however, changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Trial Period. We may offer free trial periods with conditions displayed on the Website. Upon trial expiration, regular subscription pricing will be charged automatically. To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Payment details are required for trial signup to enable automatic payments.

Using trial periods from multiple Steam accounts by the same user is prohibited.

Payment Processing

All subscription purchases are processed through Tebex, our authorized digital product reseller. By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

Payment Methods. You must provide valid payment methods as accepted by Tebex. Payment methods have their own terms and policies, including AML/KYC requirements, and may decline transactions according to their rules.

VIQUITY.PRO is not responsible for payment delays or actions by payment processing providers.

Currency conversions will be handled by your payment provider at their rates. By making payments, you confirm you are the rightful owner of all payment accounts used.

Automatic Payments

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments through Tebex for your chosen subscription plan. Payments will be charged at regular intervals (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on your subscription type.

You will be notified of any changes to automatic payment terms 7 business days before they become effective.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

If payment fails and you don't cancel, we may suspend access until a valid payment method is successfully charged.

Refund Policy

Our Service is deemed fully performed when access to premium features is granted, which constitutes an exemption from general withdrawal rights.

BY MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE LOSS OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

Refunds may be requested for:

1. Service not received - Contact support if you haven't received purchased services within 3 days
2. Failed subscription deactivation - If you failed to cancel 24 hours before renewal and contact support within 48 hours of being charged, provided you haven't used the service during the refund period

Refunds are processed through Tebex to your original payment method and may take up to 45 days depending on your payment provider.

Intellectual Property

VIQUITY.PRO names, logos, slogans, website content, designs, and other materials constitute our intellectual property. You may not copy, imitate, sell, license, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Website solely for accessing VIQUITY.PRO services.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you shall indemnify and hold harmless VIQUITY.PRO from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service
• your violation of these Terms or applicable law
• your violation of third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

VIQUITY.PRO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of or inability to use our services.

Our aggregate liability to any User is limited to the amount paid to us for the service.

The Website may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for third-party content and accept no liability for losses from accessing external websites.

Amendments

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service and make changes to these Terms without prior notification. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated through the Website or email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, it shall be reformed or deleted only to the extent necessary, while remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Assignment

VIQUITY.PRO may assign its rights and obligations without notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Claims must describe the nature and basis of the dispute. If not resolved within 60 days, disputes may be submitted to courts of applicable jurisdiction.

You agree to bring claims only in individual capacity, not as part of class or representative actions where permitted by law.

We provide support through our Discord server. Please address inquiries to our Support team first.

Obscene language, threats, or offensive behavior in support communications is prohibited.
